Most of our pieces are made to order, as we keep limited stock to ensure the uniqueness and craftsmanship of each design. If the jewellery you order is in stock, we aim to dispatch within 7 working days. However, for made-to-order pieces, please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping. If your item is unavailable or we need more details (such as size), we will notify you promptly by email.

 

EUROPE DELIVERY

Postage for all deliveries within Europe is charged at €20 and will be sent via a secure tracked courier service.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available, the courier will leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Personal ID may be required upon collection.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are charged at the rates below, and will be sent using the ‘DHL Express Worldwide’ service.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are not included in the price of the item or the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

We are not able to predict or control these charges, and delays caused by customs clearance are also beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience and understanding — every piece is crafted with precision and care, and we believe it’s worth the wait.

 

Returns

We hope you love your Nahh Black Dsign piece — each one is carefully made with intention and precision. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or store credit (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Important to note:

Made-to-order and customised pieces (including special requests, sizing, or bespoke designs) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

Altered or worn jewellery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

If your order included a complimentary gift as part of a promotion, this must also be returned if your refund causes the order total to drop below the eligibility threshold. Complimentary gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded.
